Regular meetings of the Planning Board are held the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00PM, with the exception of November, which is on Election Day.  November's meeting date will be selected by the Board.  Workshop meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00PM as needed.

(Fees do not include legal notices printed in newspaper or lists obtained from Town of Greenville of land ownership)

Major Subdivision

Minor Subdivision:

2. Site Plan Review

 If any major subdivision account falls less than $1,000.00, the applicant will be directed to deposit $2,000.00 with the Town or Greenville. If balance of more than $2,000.00 is needed to pay outstanding engineering bills, a sufficient amount will be deposited by direction of the Chairman of the Planning Board.

If any minor subdivision account falls less than $500.00, the applicant will be directed to deposit $1,500.00 with the Town of Greenville. If a balance of more than $1,500.00 is needed to pay the outstanding engineering bills, a sufficient amount will be deposited by the direction of the Chairman of the Planning Board.

If any large site plan review/solar facility account falls less than $2,000.00, the applicant will be directed to deposit $1,500.00 with the Town of Greenville. If a balance of more that $1,500.00 is needed to pay outstanding engineering bills, a sufficient amount will be deposited by direction of the Chairman of the Planning Board.
